According to The Sun, her first name comes from the American author, Harper Lee, who wrote To Kill a Mockingbird, Victorias favorite book. Seven comes from Davids jersey number when he played soccer for Manchester United and England. According to Mail Online, Harper was born at 7:55 on the 7th month weighing 7lbs 10 oz. She was welcomed by her parents after a C-section on July 10.
